Rugs and Threads Home – Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Within India

Rugs and Threads Home offers free shipping across all major cities in India on orders above ₹999. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days for Ready-to-ship products and 3-5 weeks for Made-to-Order products after payment confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  1. 7-10 business days for metros and major cities,
  2. 10-14 business days for Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities.
  3. 14-21 business days for remote locations.

    Customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once the order is shipped. Free shipping is provided on all prepaid domestic orders above ₹999. A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹999 .

    2. International Shipping

    Rugs and Threads Home ships internationally to select countries. International orders are usually delivered within 21-35 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applicable in their country. Rugs and Threads Home is not liable for delays caused by customs or local carriers.

    3. Order Processing & Dispatch

    All orders are dispatched from our Jaipur warehouse. Custom or made-to-order rugs may take an additional 3-5 weeks for production before dispatch. Customers will be notified in case of any unexpected delay in processing or delivery.

    4. Delivery Partners

    Rugs and Threads Home works with reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, DHL, Shiprocket, and UPS. Customers are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address including pin code and contact number. Delivery will be attempted up to 3 times. If undelivered, the order may be returned to Rugs and Threads Home.

    5. Tracking & Notifications

    A tracking number and courier partner details will be shared once the order is shipped. Notifications on order status will be sent via email and/or SMS.

    6. Damages & Issues

    Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and notify Rugs and Threads Home within 48 hours if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Supporting evidence (photos/videos) may be required to process claims. Rugs and Threads Home will arrange for a return pickup in case of confirmed damages/incorrect items within India. For international orders, customers must coordinate the return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

    Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. Rugs and Threads Home is not liable for delays beyond its control but will assist customers in resolving delivery-related issues.
